Mission B.A.T.

We, at the Everyday Evangelist, live to Encourage, Empower and Equip everyday believers who are willing, to undertake Mission B.A.T. ,

1.    to step out in BOLDNESS (‘B’), and unlock the SWAG of the Holy Spirit, aka Anointing :) and move in supernatural Power and Demonstration of the gospel of Jesus Christ;

‘… my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.’ 1 Corinthians 2:4-5

2.    to seek out and fulfill the Assignment (‘A’) to go behind enemy lines, plunder lost souls and rescue them back into the arms of the loving Savior;

‘.. For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost …Even so it is not the will of your Father …in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.’  Matthew 18:11,14

3.    to take TERRITORY (‘T’) on earth, as already mandated in heaven, by implementing Kingdom Plans and Blueprints in spiritual, social, physical, financial and business spheres of influence … to prepare the Bride of Christ for the return of the Groom.

 ‘Then God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it, have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.’  Genesis 1:28

Footnote to B.A.T. as an Evangelism Tip :-)

Did you know that bats fly in the dark by using echolocation?  They are able to navigate their way in the dark by emitting an ultrasonic sound and when the sound returns to them in the form of an echo, they will know their precise location as well as where they should be heading next.

Similarly, when you are given an opportunity to witness, and you are feeling uncertain of what you should do next, it’s kinda like groping in the dark… but when you sound out to the Holy Spirit, the returning signal from the Holy Spirit will guide you and tell you exactly what to do and where you should be headed next.

Allow the Holy Spirit to be your echolocation navigation system. You will know what to do … even in the dark.
